T301X (sering disebut ZT Digital Load Cell atau ZT T301X) adalah digital compression canister load cell generasi terbaru dari Avery Weigh-Tronix (sebelumnya Avery Berkel). Ini evolusi dari model T301 lama, tapi sekarang full digital dengan prosesor internal + 24-bit ADC yang mengubah sinyal analog strain gauge jadi digital stabil (RS485 encrypted) langsung di dalam cell — sinyal bisa jalan hingga ~1 km tanpa noise, tanpa junction box tradisional.
Prinsip Kerja & Desain (Analogi Sederhana): Bayangkan load cell analog seperti mikrofon lama yang kabelnya panjang tapi gampang kena gangguan listrik/petir — suara kecil mudah rusak. T301X seperti “smart camera IP” di dunia timbangan: 8 strain gauge (4 pasang) deteksi deformasi kolom stainless steel saat beban ditekan (compression), lalu ADC 24-bit + prosesor 20-bit internal langsung konversi ke nilai digital super akurat (6 juta internal divisions), kirim via bus RS485 aman (anti-fraud, self-diagnostic). Analoginya upgrade dari HP jadul ke smartphone modern: lebih tajam, tahan banting, bisa self-check baterai/sinyal, dan koneksi wireless (tapi kabel) tanpa ribet hub.
