BM14C adalah load cell compression (tipe tekan) heavy-duty full stainless steel, dirancang khusus untuk aplikasi timbangan berat industri yang memerlukan proteksi IP68 hermetically sealed (tahan perendaman air sementara, debu total, korosi ekstrem) serta ketahanan terhadap lonjakan listrik (built-in surge arrestors). Load cell ini ideal untuk vehicle scale (jembatan timbang truk/kendaraan), hopper scale besar, tank/silo weighing, weighbridge, vehicle testing facilities (pengujian berat kendaraan), dan berbagai sistem timbangan berat yang menggunakan struktur multiple load cell (biasanya 4–8 buah) di lingkungan outdoor, pabrik kimia, pertambangan, atau area dengan risiko petir/surge listrik tinggi.
Desain compression-nya memberikan kestabilan tinggi terhadap beban vertikal, deflection sangat kecil (maks 0.055 mm), dan kemampuan menahan side load moderat, sehingga sangat cocok untuk instalasi di pondasi beton atau struktur baja yang mungkin mengalami getaran ringan atau beban dinamis dari kendaraan.
