H3 Series – Nickel Plated Alloy Steel S-Type Load Cell IP67 (25 kg – 30 t)

H3 adalah load cell tipe S (S-beam / S-type) heavy-duty berbahan nickel plated alloy steel, dirancang untuk aplikasi pengukuran tarik (tension) dan tekan (compression) di lingkungan industri yang memerlukan ketahanan sedang terhadap korosi, cipratan air, dan debu (IP67). Load cell ini sangat fleksibel karena bisa digunakan untuk hanging scale (timbangan gantung), crane scale, hopper/tank/silo weighing, packaging scale, hybrid scale, dan berbagai weighing devices yang memerlukan mounting vertikal atau horizontal dengan aksesoris hook, eye, rod end, atau assembly.

Bentuk S-nya memungkinkan instalasi mudah di sistem gantung (tarik) atau duduk (tekan), dengan ketahanan side load lebih baik dibanding beam load cell biasa, serta deflection rendah untuk akurasi stabil di kapasitas tinggi. Nickel plating memberikan proteksi korosi yang baik dengan biaya lebih ekonomis dibanding full stainless steel, cocok untuk pabrik, gudang, atau area semi-basah di mana full IP68 tidak diperlukan.
