CI-500A Series merupakan lini weighing controller profesional dari CAS yang dirancang untuk aplikasi penimbangan industri berat dan kompleks. Berbeda dengan CI-150A (high-speed sederhana) atau CI-200A (portable manual), seri ini lebih ke arah kontrol otomatisasi: punya external I/O banyak, sub-display untuk info tambahan (item, setpoint, step), dan mode khusus seperti packing, checking, batching, loss-in-weight. Cocok banget buat engineer yang bangun sistem filling, dosing, batching, atau checkweighing otomatis di pabrik makanan, kimia, semen, atau logistik berat.
Seri ini terdiri dari beberapa varian dengan fungsi spesifik:
- CI-501A: Versi dasar dengan external input 4ea, interface fleksibel (PRT, current loop, RS-232C, opsional RS-422/485, BCD), cocok untuk tester, platform, animal, truck scale.
- CI-502A: Tambah external output 6ea + 4 steps control, mode Limit/Packer/Checker, aplikasi packing & checking scale.
- CI-505A: Fokus batching control (4 steps control), sub-display ITEM/SPI/SPI2/COUNT, external output 6ea, ideal hopper/packing scale.
- CI-507A: Khusus loss-in-weight (3 steps control), sub-display ITEM/FALL/FINAL/SPI/TRG, sangat akurat untuk aplikasi pengurangan berat (dosing keluar dari hopper).
