RC3D (new generation) adalah evolusi digital dari load cell single column compression heavy-duty yang dipelopori Weigh-Tronix/Flinttec, dengan embedded electronics (Sigma-Delta converter) yang memungkinkan komunikasi digital RS485 daisy-chain langsung ke indikator. Ini menghilangkan kebutuhan junction box tradisional, mempermudah instalasi (plug-and-play dengan M12 connector), dan meningkatkan reliabilitas sistem karena setiap load cell bisa dipantau independen (diagnostik kondisi load cell, offset, gain, dll.). Cocok untuk truck scale modern, silo/hopper weighing besar, tank weighing, dan aplikasi industri berat outdoor di lingkungan ekstrem (korosi tinggi, hujan deras, banjir ringan, getaran kendaraan berat).
Konstruksi full stainless steel 1.4542 (17-4 PH) dengan hermetic sealing IP69 (tahan jet air bertekanan tinggi & immersion) menjadikannya salah satu load cell paling tahan korosi di kelasnya. Desain rocker column self-restoring memastikan centering otomatis, mengurangi pengaruh gerakan deck timbangan, dan memberikan kestabilan akurasi jangka panjang meski ada side load atau getaran. Output digital RS485 (baud rate 9600/19200, alamat bus hingga 52) memungkinkan daisy-chain hingga puluhan load cell dengan home-run cable 20 m, serta integrasi mudah ke sistem PLC, SCADA, atau indikator modern.
