HM9A adalah load cell dual shear beam (tipe geser ganda) heavy-duty premium berbahan nickel plated alloy steel welded, dirancang khusus untuk timbangan berat ekstrem seperti electronic truck scale (weighbridge truk), railway scale (timbangan rel kereta api), hopper scale besar, silo/tank weighing kapasitas tinggi, dan sistem weighing industri berat di lingkungan outdoor keras, pertambangan, pabrik semen/batu bara, pupuk, atau area dengan risiko korosi tinggi, minyak, air, gas korosif, serta beban dinamis dari kendaraan berat.
Desain dual shear beam-nya (dua zona geser paralel) memberikan kekakuan radial & lateral sangat tinggi, tahan gaya samping, momen puntir, dan getaran ekstrem (misal truk masuk/keluar atau material hopper mengalir), deflection minimal, serta kestabilan akurasi jangka panjang. Hermetically sealed IP68 (welded steel proof) membuatnya tahan perendaman air sementara, debu total, cipratan minyak, dan gas korosif – cocok untuk instalasi outdoor tanpa perlindungan tambahan. Nickel plating memberikan proteksi korosi yang baik dengan biaya lebih ekonomis dibanding full stainless steel pada kapasitas super besar.
