H6F Series – Nickel Plated Alloy Steel Single Point Load Cell IP67 (100 kg – 2 t)

H6F adalah load cell single point tipe bending beam (parallel beam) berbahan nickel plated alloy steel, dirancang untuk timbangan platform dan belt scale sedang yang memerlukan proteksi IP67 (tahan cipratan air kuat & debu) dengan biaya lebih ekonomis dibanding full stainless steel. Load cell ini ideal untuk platform scale (timbangan lantai), belt scale (konveyor timbang ringan), floor scale, hopper scale kecil-menengah, dan berbagai electronic weighing devices yang menggunakan struktur single atau multiple load cell dengan platform ukuran sedang hingga besar.

Desain bending beam-nya memberikan akurasi tinggi dengan corner effect rendah (eccentric loading error ±0.002 %/cm), deflection terkendali, dan kestabilan suhu baik, sehingga tetap akurat meski beban tidak tepat di tengah platform. Nickel plating memberikan perlindungan korosi yang memadai untuk aplikasi indoor/semi-outdoor, sementara IP67 memastikan tahan cuci rutin atau cipratan air di pabrik/gudang.
