B8Q Series – Stainless Steel Shear Beam Load Cell IP67 (200 kg – 2000 kg)

B8Q adalah load cell shear beam (tipe geser) low-profile full stainless steel, dirancang untuk aplikasi timbangan industri sedang yang membutuhkan ketahanan tinggi terhadap beban samping (side load), kestabilan presisi, dan proteksi IP67 penuh terhadap cipratan air, debu, korosi, serta lingkungan semi-basah seperti pabrik makanan, gudang, atau area produksi. Load cell ini sangat cocok untuk floor scales (timbangan lantai), hopper scales, platform scales, tank/silo weighing, dan berbagai electronic weighing systems yang menggunakan struktur 4 load cell atau lebih, terutama di tempat dengan ketinggian terbatas (low profile).

Dibandingkan single point load cell, shear beam B8Q lebih unggul dalam menahan gaya lateral dan momen puntir, sehingga ideal untuk platform besar atau instalasi di lantai beton yang mungkin mengalami getaran ringan atau beban tidak simetris.
