B8D adalah load cell shear beam (tipe geser) premium full stainless steel, dirancang khusus untuk aplikasi timbangan industri berat yang memerlukan ketahanan tinggi terhadap beban samping (side load), kestabilan tinggi, dan proteksi IP67 penuh terhadap cipratan air, debu, korosi, serta lingkungan keras seperti pabrik, gudang, atau area outdoor semi-terbuka. Load cell ini ideal untuk floor scales (timbangan lantai), platform scales, hopper scales, tank/silo weighing, automobile weighing facilities (timbangan kendaraan ringan), dan berbagai weighing devices yang menggunakan struktur 4 load cell atau lebih.
Dibandingkan single point load cell, shear beam seperti B8D lebih tahan terhadap gaya samping dan momen puntir, sehingga sangat cocok untuk platform besar atau instalasi di lantai beton yang mungkin ada getaran atau beban tidak simetris.
